This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for virtual coin purchases, virtual gifts, premium or private stream access, and other paid features on SykoLive Media LLC ("SykoLive," "we," "our," or "us"). This Policy applies together with our Terms of Service and other platform policies.
Virtual coin purchases are generally final once completed and credited to your account. Except where required by law or expressly approved by SykoLive, purchased coins are non-refundable.
Virtual coins are digital items for use within SykoLive. They are not cash, not a bank balance, not redeemable for cash by purchasers, and not personal property.
Coins that have been spent, used, exchanged, or converted into gifts are generally non-refundable. Once a gift has been sent or coins have been credited to a host, creator, or other user through platform activity, the transaction is generally final.
SykoLive generally cannot reverse or claw back coins or gift value once they have already been delivered, credited, consumed, or relied on inside the platform, except where we determine otherwise in our sole discretion or where required by law.
Certain streams, rooms, or features on SykoLive may require coins, gifts, premium access, or other paid actions to enter or continue viewing. If you choose to enter a premium or private stream, you do so at your own risk.
You are responsible for your own decision to enter a private or premium experience and for understanding the nature of the stream, the host, and the intended interaction before spending coins to enter or remain in that stream.
SykoLive does not guarantee that a private or premium stream will meet your expectations, match your assumptions, continue for a certain duration, or result in any particular interaction, outcome, or experience.
Some premium or private features may be timed and may charge coins on a recurring or per-minute basis while access continues. Once timed access has started and coins have been charged for that access period, those charges are generally non-refundable.
This includes situations where a user enters or remains in a premium or private stream that charges by the minute. Once a minute of paid access is granted or billed, the coins charged for that minute are generally final and non-refundable.
We generally do not issue refunds simply because you changed your mind, regret entering a stream, did not enjoy the interaction, misunderstood the host's intentions, or were dissatisfied with the social, premium, private, gifting, or streaming experience after coins were spent.
If you believe you were charged in error, billed multiple times by mistake, did not receive purchased coins, or your account was used without authorization, contact us promptly at [email protected].
We may investigate billing errors, duplicate charges, failed delivery, unauthorized charges, technical malfunctions, or other exceptional issues and may issue a refund, credit, or other adjustment where appropriate, in our discretion, or where required by law.
We may deny refund requests, limit future purchases, suspend monetization, place account restrictions, or take other action where we detect abuse, fraud, manipulation, false claims, chargeback misuse, policy violations, or other suspicious activity.
This includes attempts to recover funds after coins were already spent, gifts were already delivered, or premium/private access was already granted and used.
Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe, app marketplaces, or other payment processors. Those providers may apply their own rules, timelines, and requirements in connection with disputes, payment review, or refund handling.
SykoLive may review refund requests internally, but certain payment outcomes may also depend on third-party processor rules, app store policies, banking timelines, or legal obligations.
Nothing in this Policy limits any refund or consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where a refund is required by law, SykoLive will comply with those legal requirements.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we may revise the effective date above. Continued use of SykoLive after an updated policy becomes effective means you acknowledge the updated policy.
