Community Guidelines

SykoLive is built for live streaming, social interaction, games, and virtual gifting. These Community Guidelines explain what is and is not allowed on SykoLive. They apply to usernames, profiles, bios, profile images, banners, live streams, chat, direct messages, gifts, game activity, premium/private rooms, and all other activity on the platform.

If you use SykoLive, you are expected to follow these rules at all times. Violations may result in content removal, stream removal, chat restrictions, monetization loss, payout holds, suspension, or permanent account termination.

1. Keep it legal and safe

You may not use SykoLive for illegal, dangerous, or abusive activity.

This includes, for example:

• criminal activity or promotion of illegal conduct;
• credible threats of violence or physical harm;
• doxxing, blackmail, coercion, or extortion;
• encouraging self-harm or dangerous acts;
• sharing stolen information or unlawfully obtained material; or
• using the platform in a way that puts users, minors, or the public at risk.

2. No sexual exploitation or underage sexual content

SykoLive has zero tolerance for grooming, sexual exploitation, predatory behavior, or sexualized content involving minors.

You may not:

• solicit, groom, lure, or exploit minors;
• share, request, stream, or distribute sexualized content involving minors;
• engage in behavior that suggests underage sexual exploitation;
• attempt to use private rooms, direct messages, gifts, or social features to target minors; or
• misrepresent age to gain access to restricted features.

Any suspected underage sexual content or predatory conduct may result in immediate removal, account termination, and referral to appropriate authorities or reporting channels where required.

3. No harassment, hate, or abuse

Do not harass, bully, intimidate, degrade, or target other users.

This includes:

• targeted harassment or repeated abuse;
• hate speech, slurs, or hateful conduct toward protected groups;
• violent threats or intimidation;
• stalking or unwanted sexual comments;
• encouraging pile-ons, brigading, or coordinated abuse; or
• using gifts, chat, streams, or direct messages to humiliate or pressure others.

4. No fraud, scams, or impersonation

You may not mislead users, steal identities, abuse payments, or manipulate monetization systems.

This includes:

• impersonating an individual, business, moderator, creator, or SykoLive staff member;
• fake giveaways, fake fundraising, fake emergencies, or deceptive reward promises;
• payment scams, chargeback abuse, refund abuse, or stolen payment methods;
• misleading viewers into sending gifts or money under false pretenses; or
• attempting to bypass creator review, payout review, or monetization restrictions.

5. Keep profiles, streams, and chat respectful

Your profile and content should not be used to shock, exploit, deceive, or abuse others.

You may not use profiles, streams, chat, or messages to:

• post abusive, hateful, exploitative, or illegal content;
• spam users or flood chats;
• share misleading or manipulative account identities;
• post content intended mainly to provoke abuse or platform disruption; or
• use usernames, avatars, bios, or banners that violate these Guidelines.

6. Respect monetization, gifts, and premium features

Gifts, coins, premium rooms, and monetized features must not be abused.

You may not:

• use gifts or payments as part of a scam, coercion, or exploitative setup;
• artificially inflate gifting, engagement, or reward activity;
• coordinate fake gifting or fake earning activity;
• use premium/private features to evade moderation or safety review; or
• misuse creator monetization, rewards, or payout systems.

7. No ban evasion or enforcement evasion

If your content is removed or your account is restricted, do not try to work around enforcement.

This includes:

• creating replacement accounts after suspension or ban;
• using alternate accounts to continue abuse or monetization;
• trying to bypass age gates, restrictions, or account limits; or
• helping others evade SykoLive enforcement actions.

8. Report problems honestly

Use reports and moderation tools honestly and in good faith.

You may not:

• submit false or malicious reports;
• weaponize moderation systems against others;
• fabricate evidence to get someone punished; or
• interfere with safety investigations.

9. Respect moderation and staff decisions

Moderators and admins may remove content, mute users, restrict messaging, end streams, remove chats or gifts, disable monetization, place payout holds, suspend accounts, or ban users in order to protect safety and enforce platform rules.

SykoLive may use manual review, automated tools, internal review systems, and user reports to investigate conduct and enforce these Guidelines.

10. Repeated or severe violations

Serious or repeated violations may lead to stronger enforcement, including:

• warning or educational notice;
• content removal;
• chat or messaging restrictions;
• live streaming restrictions;
• gifting or payment restrictions;
• loss of monetization or payout eligibility;
• temporary suspension; or
• permanent account termination.
