Cash-Out Policy

This Cash-Out Policy explains how eligible creator rewards on SykoLive may qualify for payout. SykoLive Media LLC ("SykoLive," "we," "our," or "us") may allow certain approved creators to request payout of eligible earned rewards, subject to review, verification, fraud screening, moderation status, and compliance requirements.

This Policy applies together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and any additional monetization rules we may publish or apply.

1. Eligibility for Cash-Out

Only eligible creator rewards earned through approved activity on SykoLive may qualify for cash-out. Purchased virtual coins, promotional balances, test balances, bonuses, refunded amounts, reversed transactions, or any non-eligible credits are not cashable unless we expressly state otherwise.

Cash-out access is limited to creators who remain in good standing and satisfy all platform, safety, payment, identity, and compliance requirements.

2. Minimum Cash-Out Amount

The minimum cash-out request is $50.00 USD, or the equivalent eligible reward threshold determined by SykoLive at the time of review.

We may change minimum payout thresholds, payout timing, review standards, or program requirements at any time.

3. Manual Review and Approval

All cash-out requests are subject to manual review. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.

Before approving a payout, we may review account status, gifting history, fraud indicators, chargebacks, refund activity, moderation history, stream or content violations, suspicious traffic, identity information, tax information, payout details, age eligibility, and other information reasonably necessary to protect the platform and comply with law.

4. Identity, Age, Tax, and Compliance Requirements

To receive a payout, you may be required to provide identity verification, age confirmation, legal name, contact details, payout details, tax forms, business information, or other documentation requested by SykoLive or our payment or payout providers.

You must be at least 18 years old to receive creator payouts or use monetized payout features. We may deny or hold payouts where age, identity, tax, fraud, or compliance requirements are incomplete, inconsistent, unverifiable, or otherwise unsatisfied.

5. Payment Providers and Payout Processing

SykoLive may use third-party providers in connection with payments and payouts. For example, purchases and payment-related activity may be processed through providers such as Stripe, while approved creator payouts may be sent through providers such as Mercury or other payout partners.

You may be required to complete a secure recipient profile, onboarding steps, or payment and tax setup required by those third-party providers before funds can be sent.

Third-party providers may apply their own review, compliance, security, or verification requirements, and payout timing may depend in part on those providers.

6. Holds, Delays, Rejections, and Reversals

We may hold, delay, reject, freeze, offset, or reverse payout requests where we believe it is reasonably necessary, including in situations involving:

7. No Guarantee of Monetization or Payout

Cash-out is a limited platform feature, not a guaranteed right. SykoLive may limit, suspend, revoke, or terminate monetization or payout eligibility at any time for safety, business, legal, operational, or compliance reasons.

We are not required to approve every request, and we may require additional review even after a request is submitted.

8. Adjustments and Offsets

To the extent permitted by law, SykoLive may deduct, offset, or recover losses, fees, refunds, chargebacks, reversals, fraud losses, penalties, taxes, or other amounts associated with your account, transactions, monetization activity, or payout history before issuing funds.

9. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, or government fees related to your earnings, payouts, or business activity unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may request tax forms, taxpayer information, or other documentation before processing a payout, and we may delay or deny payout where required tax information is missing or incomplete.

10. Timing of Payouts

Approved payouts are not instant. Processing times may vary depending on review workload, account status, documentation, fraud screening, technical issues, banking timelines, and third-party provider processing.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cash-Out Policy from time to time. When we do, we may revise the effective date above. Continued use of SykoLive after an updated policy becomes effective means you acknowledge the updated policy.
